30 shared rooms and 15 apartments, the so-called "GeKu-Haus" is one of the liveliest residential buildings and is located in the middle of Essen's pedestrian zone! Most residents are between 20 and 40, the oldest over 70. And we know that everyone can need help at some point. Therefore, in addition to our shared rooms and apartments, the most beautiful floor in the house will soon be rented out to people who need care. And the supervisorsare willing to help everyone else in the house should the need arise.
